Yes, a security deposit is required when you collect the vehicle. It is refunded in full at the end of your rental, provided there are no outstanding charges.

All our vehicles carry third-party liability insurance in accordance with CIMA regulations, together with cover for accidental damage, theft and fire. This gives you peace of mind on the road, subject to the terms, conditions and limits of our insurance policy.
If you are responsible for an incident, you will need to pay an insurance excess. For added peace of mind, we offer two options to reduce your excess: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for damage, and Theft Protection (TP) for theft or break-ins. Both are available for a small daily fee.
There is no need to worry. If a mechanical breakdown is not caused by misuse, our team will arrange towing and, wherever possible, provide an equivalent replacement vehicle at no extra charge.

How should I return the vehicle?
Please return the vehicle in the same condition as when you collected it, allowing for normal wear and tear, with the same fuel level and all keys, documents and accessories supplied at the start of the rental. After a final inspection together, your security deposit will be refunded promptly.
Yes. Our experienced drivers are available from CFA 10,000 per day, excluding tax, for journeys within Dakar. For travel outside Dakar, the rate is CFA 15,000 per day, or CFA 20,000 per day if an overnight stay is required, excluding tax. Our drivers are available from 7 am to 8 pm. Additional hours are charged at CFA 2,500 per hour, excluding tax.
These additional expenses, including tolls, cleaning and insurance, are charged transparently at cost, in addition to the base rental rate.
Your vehicle is supplied with an agreed fuel level, usually a full tank, and must be returned with the same level. Fuel is not included in the base rental rate. If you return the vehicle with less fuel, you will be charged for the missing fuel, plus a 10% service fee on that amount.
No. The excess varies according to the category of vehicle you rent, such as a commercial vehicle, SUV or pick-up. We will confirm the excess applicable to your vehicle before you sign the rental agreement.

Our rates cover all services included in your rental agreement.
